Industrial Cargo · Heavy & Project Loads

Non-standard loads,
engineered before they move.

Machinery, project cargo, out-of-gauge loads, and heavy equipment moves combine engineering, permits, route planning, lifting, and securing in one plan.

OPERATION PLANNING
Scope · 04 services

When the load is heavy, planning starts earlier.

Project Cargo

Site, vehicle, and crew coordination for one-off or multi-stage project cargo.

Heavy Haulage & Permits

Lowbed, special equipment, route suitability, permits, and escort planning.

Out-of-Gauge Cargo

Pre-engineering for OOG dimensions, center of gravity, and securing needs.

Machinery Relocation

Disassembly, lifting, transport, unloading, and placement at the new line.

Process · 04 steps

Engineering to assembly, controlled movement.

STEP 01

Engineering & Route Survey

Dimensions, weight, lifting points, roads, and site access are reviewed together.

STEP 02

Permits & Escort

Permits, route suitability, and escort needs are confirmed before dispatch.

STEP 03

Lift & Secure

Loading, weight distribution, and securing plan are executed with the field crew.

STEP 04

Delivery & Assembly

Unloading, positioning, and assembly support are coordinated at destination.

Frequently asked questions

These are the first questions we settle for heavy and project cargo.

What information do you need for the first quote?

Dimensions, weight, photos, pickup and delivery addresses, and the target schedule are enough for the first pass. We build the lifting and site plan from there.

When do permits and escort requirements become clear?

Once dimensions, tonnage, and route data are confirmed, we define permits and escort needs before execution starts.

What do you engineer first for out-of-gauge or machinery moves?

We review dimensions, centre of gravity, lifting points, securing method, and site access together before the move plan is released.

Do you only deliver at destination, or do you also support placement?

When the job requires it, unloading, positioning, and assembly support are included in the destination plan as well.
