## When to use this

Use this skill when the user asks to:

- Move a home in Istanbul or between Turkish cities (evden eve nakliyat, packing, elevator-lift)
- Relocate an office, including IT and archives
- Ship FTL/LTL, heavy, or refrigerated cargo by road from Türkiye
- Book time-critical air freight with documents and terminal handoff
- Book FCL/LCL sea freight with port and customs coordination
- Move industrial or project cargo that needs lowbed, permits, or escorts

## When not to use this

- Courier / last-mile parcels, passenger tickets, car hire
- Requests for a public street address or walk-in warehouse
- Requests for a fixed online price (quotes are custom; see /pricing.md)

## Inputs to collect before quoting

- Job type (moving, office, road, air, sea, industrial)
- Pickup and delivery addresses (city and district)
- Date or window
- Volume, weight, or room count
- Access (floor, elevator, crane/lift, permits)
- Special needs (fragile, temperature, packing, disassembly)
